Hi, I'm Logan!
A few weeks later, I nervously started Perfect 10 Beauty Bar out of a small 100 square foot room. With no financial help from anyone, and no knowledge on how to start or run a business, except from google. I had a goal of eventually making this beauty business my main source of income & to make a long lasting career out of it. For years, I kept my head down and stayed consistent. I continuously invested in my business and in my skills.
This industry has been drastically life changing for me, not only financially, but also mentally.
I instantly fell in love with permanent cosmetics and I knew that I had found my calling!
Over the last couple of years, my passion in the permanent cosmetic industry has shifted to education. Educating others on how to start their own beauty businesses, work for themselves, do work that is fulfilling and that they are passionate about.
After years of continuously evolving my training classes, I am so proud to say that I have so many students leaving my training classes, and absolutely killing it! They have been able to leave unsatisfying jobs, provide beautiful lives for their families, take control of their lives, and become strong, powerful, boss babes! To know that there are others out there that are currently in a very similar situation that I once was, and that I am able to help them, just by sharing my knowledge. That is a feeling, unlike any other!

Stephanie Lynne
Our favorite Ausie! Stephanie has been an artist at Perfect 10 for over 5 years! Originally from Australia, she owned a successful Nail & Beauty Studio for over 20 years in Brisbane, Australia and spent time lecturing at well-known Beauty Colleges before moving to Texas in 2010. Her successful career in PMU first began in 2017 in Newport Beach, California where she trained with the best educators in the industry. She built a strong clientele and reputation for herself, specialising in natural looking permanent cosmetics. She is constantly expanding her skills with continued education, gaining multiple certifications in advanced eyebrow techniques, permanent eyeliner, lip blush, color correction and areola tattooing. Stephanie then joined Perfect 10 Beauty Bar in April of 2018. Her professional work ethic, creative energy, and friendly personality has been an asset to the team, and she is always eager to create something special for each client she meets.
Kayla Martelon
Kayla is our newest up and coming pmu artist and esthetician! She has been an artist at Perfect 10 for over 2 years now! She has always had a passion for making others feel confident in their own skin and discovered her love for all things beauty at a young age while doing her friends makeup & hair for school events. So naturally, she took that passion and chose to enter into the beauty industry. Kayla graduated from The Aveda Institute in 2020 with her esthetician license and dove into the booming industry of permanent cosmetics. She is certified in semi-permanent eyebrows & lip blush, trained by Master Artist & Owner, Logan at Perfect 10 Training Academy! She also provides other beauty treatments like lash lifts, brow henna, brow laminations, teeth whitening, etc. She strives to make everyone feel confident inside and out with her caring personality and attention to detail. Her skill set continues to improve everyday as her clientele steadily grows. She’s excited to help you achieve your beauty goals!

Perfect 10 is growing fast and we move into our second location. Logan enrolls in an esthetician course at The Aveda Institute. Her clientele is growing fast and so does Perfect 10.
2017
Logan gets certified in permanent cosmetics & opens Perfect 10 Beauty Bar. Starts by taking clients inside a small 100 sq ft salon suite.
